Ethan had a fantastic birthday! He danced and screamed with excitement after opening each gift!
Thanks to Grandma & Grandpa A for the cute outfit, shoes, and socks! They were desperately needed!
Thanks to Grandma & Grandpa T for the drum set. I'm sure we'll have many headaches as Ethan learns to be a fabulous drummer!
We gave Ethan a tricycle and a Thomas the train! I also made Ethan's Elmo cake! It was quite the ordeal! The cake stuck to the pan the first 2 tries, so we went through several mixes, lots of eggs, and oil before a suitable cake came from the mold! :) Turned out okay though!
About Us
Andy and I met on a blind date in Dec. 2005. One of my 7th grade students was his neice, and she set us up. Go figure. We saw each other every day after that! We were engaged by June and married in September of 2006. In January, 2008, we welcomed little Ethan into our home, and in August, 2010, little Addison arrived.
Andy is a diesel mechanic at Kennecott. I taught middle school science for ten years, and am now an evidence-based learning specialist for a school district.

How fun! What a cute cake - all your effort was worth it, it's really darling. I love the picture of Ethan where it looks like he's doing the chicken dance - so funny! Glad you guys had a fun B-day party :) Luv ya!
How fun! He is so cute Leslie. I want to see your little guy some day in person!!
I didn't know your hubby liked Johnny Cash! Gary does too, and I like Tennessee Flat Top Box--I hope your husband sings that one to you sometime, the emphasis on " all the girls" always makes me chuckle. :)

What a cutie! How time flies. I honestly can hardly believe he is already 2. I love the cake, you did a super job!
