I went to the Doc yesterday with a sore throat, and bam . . . I have strep! The fact that I am surrounded by students in a germ fest is the problem I'm sure. Anyway, I haven't been feeling well at all, and Andy has been so good to take care of things while he's been home. He has been on graveyard though, so thanks to mom and dad for coming over and tending, doing dishes, etc. so I could get some well needed sleep, and stay away from Ethan as much as possible so he doesn't get sick too! You guys are the greatest! Hopefully the anitibiotics kick in good today!
About Us
Andy and I met on a blind date in Dec. 2005. One of my 7th grade students was his neice, and she set us up. Go figure. We saw each other every day after that! We were engaged by June and married in September of 2006. In January, 2008, we welcomed little Ethan into our home, and in August, 2010, little Addison arrived.
Andy is a diesel mechanic at Kennecott. I taught middle school science for ten years, and am now an evidence-based learning specialist for a school district.

That's not fun! Let us know if you need anything. I hope you get better soon.

I'm so sorry! Strep throat is so unfair. I hope you get better soon. Your students owe you big time. I think everyone should bring you apples. Or candy. Definitely candy.
